Welcome to the Self-Help Library! This section provides quick and easy links on obtaining information about the library and some of the rules governing the usage of the library. Whilst in the library for either browsing or borrowing collections, you should be mindful of others by placing the collection back to the original location or leaving it on the desk and not to keep others waiting in line for too long. Inshallah in the near future this web site will allow searching of bibliography collections. During the opening, the library houses about 600 titles out of 771 total collections. Please feel free to contact library administration team for any assistance.

Library hours

These schedules are subject to an annual review and approval by the Library Planning Board based on the pertinent articles of the Masumeen Islamic Library Point of Reference Document

Sundays 11:30 am - 3:15 pm

Late Return Charges

Loans Loan Term Adult Books All adult books are loaned for a 3 week period
Children books All children books are loaned for a 2 week period
Media All media are loaned for a 1 week period unless otherwise specified
Due date

All library material are due on the library’s first operating day after the loan period
Fees $1 for each and every Sunday as well as each and every evening that the library is open after the loan period the material(s) on loan is/are not returned to a maximum of $25.00

 Lost or Damaged Library Material Amount equal to the cost of the material(s) at the time of acquisition.
